Everything here is for general information. The pages describe how I work, what I build, and what it costs. None of it is professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation, and reading it does not create a working relationship between us.

Pricing and service descriptions

Service descriptions and prices are accurate as of the date shown and can change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Any work I take on is governed by a separate scoping agreement that we both sign before anything starts. That document, not this website, defines what gets built, what it costs, and the terms it runs on.

Examples and diagnostics

The workflow diagrams, service examples, and any "Find Your Leverage" output are illustrations of what is possible. They are not a promise of specific results for your business. What you actually get depends on your operation, your tools, and the scope we agree on together.

Using the site

Use the site for its intended purpose. Do not try to break it, overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. When you submit something through a form, make sure it is accurate and that you have the right to share whatever it contains, including any other person's details.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, the writing, the design, the workflow diagrams, and the underlying code, belongs to me unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read it, link to it, and share it. You may not copy, republish, or reuse it commercially without my written permission.

Links and third-party services

Some parts of the site connect to services I do not control, including the booking page (Cal.com) and the form handler (Formspree). When you use them, their own terms and privacy practices apply. I am not responsible for the content or availability of any third-party site I link to.

Your data

How I handle anything you send is covered in the Privacy Policy. The short version: I collect only what you give me, I use no tracking cookies, and you can ask me to delete your data at any time.

No guarantees about the site itself

I work to keep the site accurate and online, but I provide it as is. I do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date, and I may change, pause, or remove any part of it at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Dutch law, I am not liable for any loss that results from using this website or relying on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Any dispute we cannot resolve between us will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
